SHIPPING DELIVERIES
We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within Australia and abroad.
Within Australia, we use Australia post. Once your payment is verified and processed, it takes 2 business days for your order to be shipped excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with the shipping note and tracking number. Orders of $150 or more will require a signature at delivery by Australia Post.
Zuri Liners is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. Processing time can vary and is quite reliable and quick. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times.
All Australia Post parcels are signature for delivery with authority to leave. This means you're welcome to sign for your parcel delivery, otherwise if Australia Post determines there is a safe place for the parcel, it can be left at the address. Australia Post will record a proof of delivery in this instance.
If the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, Zuri Liners is held liable if the event the parcel goes missing. Further, Zuri Liners will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.

Cost
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping rates vary depending on location and weight of the package. At check out your total shipping will be shown depending upon the weight of your shopping bag.
Delivery is via standard days, and orders must be placed before 2PM AEDT to be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day. Processing time can vary from Friday through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
Please note Zuri Liners is not responsible for any delays caused by carriers. These may happen time to time and can occur in peak volume periods. However, these are the best delivery estimations available and are quite reliable and quick. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times.
Taxes are included in the price of the product for multiple countries, no additional taxes are due or calculated at checkout. Some orders may incur additional duties fees which vary from country to country. If the total value of an order surpasses a certain value, these fees are government related and out of our control. Zuri Liners are not responsible for these fees. Please check with your country's customs office to confirm if your order is liable for duties.
In the event where a parcel is unclaimed/held by the receiver's DHL, within 7 days, our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by DHL's cut off. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused. Alternatively, our team are able to return your parcel back, any costs will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from the refund total.
STANDARD PARCELS - AUTHORITY TO LEAVE SERVICE
All standard parcels are sent through an authority to leave (ATL) service. If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature at the receiver's authority to leave, Zuri Liners is held liable if the event the parcel goes missing. Further, Zuri Liners will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.
We do not currently ship orders to PO or APO boxes via International carriers at this time.
